Respecting Your Neighbours​
It is not allowed to hang anything, e.g. laundry, towels, bedding, rugs/carpets etc. on the external facade of the building or balcony, or terrace walls.

​All appliances such as radios, televisions, hi-fi, portable speakers, musical instruments etc. need to be used in a way that they do not annoy other apartments or users of communal areas.
​​​
It is forbidden to leave objects in the staircase or on the stairs, as this can cause trips or falls.
​
Do not leave refuse, rubbish, trash or household waste in communal areas as this encourages rats.
​​
Do not feed birds on your terrace, or in the gardens, as they can cause a mess, and annoyance to your neighbours.
​
In communal areas dogs must be leashed.
​
​Parking Rules
Only one car is allowed for each apartment.
​
Please park only on the right side of the road.

​​Pool Rules​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​In addition to the rules above, the following also apply:​
​
​​​Smoking is not allowed at the pool area.
​
Glass is not allowed at the pool area.
​
There are no toilets at the pool. If you, or your child, needs the toilet then return to your apartment. Do not use the gardens as a toilet.
​
Before use of the swimming pool, it is obligatory to shower at the communal shower. Shampoo and douche/gel are forbidden.
​
After use, the sun beds have to be returned to their original location.
​
Sun beds can not be reserved. Placing a towel on a sun bed does not mean it is reserved if you leave the pool area. Other users of the pool area may remove your towel and use the sunbed
if you have left the pool area.

Please always close the gate to the pool area when you enter and leave the pool.
​

Fire Risk and Andalucian Law​
​
A reminder, that Andalucian law does not permit the lighting of fireworks, Chinese lanterns or charcoal BBQs due to the real danger of causing wild fires. Failure to comply with this law may result in you being imprisoned.
