What to do in case of fire
1 Stay Calm.
2 Call the Fire Brigade - 112
3 Prepare to leave your apartment as quickly as possible.
​​4 Close all windows and doors in your apartment. If you can not see through the smoke, stay low to the ground.
5 Take your passport, phone and keys. If you have a pet, take it with you. Leave everything else.
6 Close the main door to your apartment when you leave.
7 Tell your neighbours that they are in danger, and that they must act.
8 Turn off the power to the main gate so everyone can evacuate with out problem, and to allow access for the Fire Brigade.
Go the the white Cabin at the end of the parking area, opposite block 8.
Open the door and “SHUT OFF” the power to the gate by switching DOWN the PUERTA switch which is on the right hand side of the panel.
Leave the other switches – General and Luz on.
This is important for the Fire Brigade, and to help your neighbours evacuate.

9 Go to the fire muster point for Las Jacarandas II. This is Casi Casi cafe, in Elviria Comercial Center, on the same side as the Carrefour supermarket.

10 Contact your host and tell them about the fire.

11 Follow instructions from the Police and Fire Brigade. Do not return to the community until the Police have advised it is safe to do so.
